This Terms of Use document was drafted by an attorney to be used with various membership websites and forums. If you (or your client) have a website where visitors sign up and interact on the site you will probably want to have them agree to some terms of use before creating the account.

This template can be edited to suit your needs. It includes sections for privacy, proprietary rights, user-posted content, limitation of liability, and more. It comes in both Microsoft Word and Open Office format.
