Hi! I just purchased your starter kit and was wondering if you had any preferred vendors to get a book like this printed? I’m going to assume it would be pretty pricey, but would like to get an idea of how much it would really take to get 20 or so of these printed. If you could point me in the right direction, it’d be much appreciated.

We don’t have any preferred vendors for this. In the past we’ve used http://www.uprinting.com/ for a few things. I’m not sure if they would print something like this or not, but their range is pretty broad so you might want to start there.
